Will Hodgman was voted by far the No.1 performer in Tasmanian politics by a panel of umpires from business, rural, community, legal, public relations, technology and tourism sectors, local government and the media.

But what has he done to help the normal Tasmanian people: Not much unless there is a photo for the media to promote himself or to make it look like he is doing something
The main thing he has done is he has what he calls “Trade Missions” (junket - made for pleasure at public expense by a public official or committee). Trade delegations to China, Singapore, India and Sri Lanka
But what do the Tasmanian people get?
A bit more exports from farms etc. Only about 3 months work but not many full time jobs during the picking season. Some extra employment in some industries, not much for what he spends
