As long as they get their money, Travel and keep the nose in the public money pit they are happy.

At the next election they will promise to do things that could have been done while they are in office but that WILL mean they can't make any promises at the next election that they can then break or change and BLAME someone else for them breaking the promises they made to get back to the money pit again.
